Ok, I found a help file about wild card. It's near what I want, but not what I want.

I want to be able to set %1 = camel

Then, have my alias setup, alias k kill %1

So I can set %1 scorpion

type k

and it sends, kill %1

and %1 is set to be scorpion.

How do I set my variables?

Set %1 = camel

now, k
sends...

kill camel

I do not know how to write scripts, and it is too complicated. I like to use the tabs on Mushclient, for ALias, Triggers, Timers.

Please help me, from the game window to simply type something that sets the value of %1 to mean whatever I desire.

%1 = Camel, or %1 = Scorpion.

So, my alias k
is set to kill %1

and after I set %1 to be scorpion, bear, tiger, whatever.. then I simply type k to kill stuff.
