I had spam protection on, at 20, and it didn't work. I experienced some lag when the 20th command was entered. Did it not work because of that?

Seems to work OK for me. How did you enter the 20 commands? Through the keyboard, an alias, a script?

I used "west" on the keyboard. It works fine now, I just tried it. But it didn't work that one time. And it worked before that. I'm just thinking it happened because of some lag.

This has also happened on a couple occasions for me, and a few times for someone I know. Unfortunately I haven't been able to narrow down the cause.

Maybe you made a subtle change to one of the commands? That way it wouldn't be counted as the same. For instance, "west<space>".

Nope. This was while using Ctrl-R to "Repeat Last Command".
