One of the few features I miss so far from zMUD is the mapper. Not only for navigation when walking around the MUD, but also for scripting (calculating paths to enemies and such). I've used a proxy-program, named "mudbot" by it's author, as a substitute, but it doesn't really cut it. While it's a great program (with a clean, small, easy to update map-data-file) it's not integrated with MC, and I can only use it for navigation.

The program has been released under the GNU licence, and I have the source. Problem is, I'm not able to convert it into something usable for MC.. So, if any of you c-gurus out there want to take a look at it, it's located at http://www.crox.org/mbot.tgz.

The mapper is actually just a module for this mudbot. Oh, and it's written for Imperian.
