Log:       build

Syntax: makeshop <mobile vnum>

Creates a new shop and assigns it to a mobile.

The levels of the items in the shop are picked randomly based on item type:

| pill     | 0 to 10                       |
| potion   | 0 to 10                       |
| scroll   | value[0] of the scroll object |
| wand     | 10 to 20                      |
| staff    | 15 to 25                      |
| armor    | 5 to 15                       |
| weapon   | 5 to 15                       |
