A useful feature that I've just started figuring out is the preload world defaults that pops up when you create a new world. I couldn't find anything in the help, so here's how it appears to work and what I wanted to do with it.
All of my worlds have the same settings when it comes to command echoing and the like. I wanted to have them the same over all worlds, but without some of the side effects of preload.
1. create a new world. don't connect it to anything, just set the options in the configuration dialog as you want them.
2. save the world and close it.
3. Open it in a text editor. in the world tag, delete the name and site attributes.
When you next load a world with these preloaded defaults, the name and site will be blank just as you created a new world. Only problem I've seen so far is it wants to give it a name like MUSH HCL 1 on save, but that's probably normal. Hope this helps someone.
