I gather you are using "send to script"?

If you change it to "send to script (after omit)" then it alters the order in which things are done, and the note appears after the matching line, in the log.

I am currently using version 4.0 of Mushclient and I am having a bit of trouble with logging. When I use the logging function, it logs my colournotes/notes before the trigger line.
For example, I have this a trigger for "You weave a glamour and mold it until it becomes a reflection of yourself." to colournote "black", "green", "REFLECTION". when I view the log file which I log in html, it shows the colournote before the trigger line.
