I think the functions are called learn_from_success and learn_from_failure -- might want to try those. (But, as a word of warning, this is from SMAUG, not ROM specifically, so it's possible that things are handled differently.)

Okay... I'm getting back into the swing of running a mud once again, and for the life of me, for some reason I am completely drawing a blank on rom24. I'm looking for the specific line which controls the amount of knowledge learned from practicing a specific skill. Can anyone point me to it so I can get this changed and move on! I hate drawing these blanks! Thanks for the help!
