no, you don't want him to connect to that one. You have 2 ips to worry about: the one that your computer has across the network(assigned by the router), and the one that your router is assigned by your ISP. To get THAT IP(the one that you want your friend to connect to), you can get it in your router information.
192.168.xxx..... is your local IP address... of course only you can connect to it. You need to give people your "real" IP address, that is, your public, Internet one.

Go to the Virtual Server section, choose by port, select one of the options in application, I think, select TCP, you want to forward a single port, and specify the IP of your computer on the LAN. Thats the area that you want. In the manual, its on page 23 in the PDF file.
yea at www.iblitzz.com/product/spec.asp?mn=BRT200 click the download icon and itll bring up the manuals, the only place i found that involves port and says port forwarding is in pack filtering, it also askes if you want TCP or UPD
You tried to set your local IP, or your ISP IP? I don't know about your, but mine is in the advanced tab, under forwarding, but this probably won't help much. Just keep looking for a section that involves a port and a local IP, make sure its enabled. It may also ask if you want TCP or UDP forwarding. Again, this is all based on mine, I don't know about yours. Does your router have an online manual? If so, whats the adress, I can look through it.
well i just tried to set my ip as a DMZ host and it again blocked everything that wasant on a con stant connection, like i couldnt use my web browser anymore
uhhh, it doesn't give an option where to forward it? That might be the problem, you have to specify where. Try looking through the other options in your router setting for something using ports and ip's, cause you need to specify where it goes in your LAN.
