I originally wanted to log everything, but found this was hanging my laptop so I have tried to turn it off under global preferences, world settings, etc. I have even removed the path for it to log too and the instructions of what to log, however everytime I reconnect to the world it tries to start logging and now opens an error message that it can't find the folder for the log file to go to. Any suggestions?

File > Log Session (Ctrl+Shift+J) is probably still checked. I believe if you uncheck it, then save your world file, it will stop logging. At least, I know that when I turn on logging for any particular world, I have to check this on in order to make it actually starts logging in the first place.
