I successfully compiled pennmush1.7.7p16 without any language translation. (Cygwin under WinXP Pro)
But now ... i want to include the FR_fr.po file.
So I put it in my ../po dir ... but nothing happens.
The seems not to be used during compilation.

Anybody knows if there's something to do ?
