I tried to install the 3.17 ver and i got this message

i tried to uninstalling 3.12 which was what i was using before and i got the same message.
Now i tried to install 3.12 back and i cant cause i get that message.
i tried to install older versions and so far from 2.14 to 3.06 i could install .. from 3.10 to 3.17 i got the same message.

Any help will be appreciated.

correction

versions 2.14 - 3.05 i could install.

versions 3.06 - 3.17 i got that same message.
