I am looking for an automapper snipet? Does anyone know of a really good one? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sort of. There is the overland code from AFKMUD on afkmud.org and the Ackmapper code by DOTD also on afkmud.org

There's also another ANSII map snippet but I cannot seem to locate it right now.

can someone tell me whats goin on? Am i doing something wrong? It says you can put that code in smaug but its not working. I followed everything this time and i thought this was gonna be my first successful snippet but nooo...

I wouldnt use that snippet, ackmapper will pretty much drop in and compile, after change the sectors to suit.

Just a guy having a bit of fun. Nothing more, nothing less, I do not need I WIN to feel validated.

Ackmapper... i see. But one more question. Does the smaugfuss already have the automapper thing or okay nevermind... Thanks i am downloading it RIGHT NOW. weesh me luck

i downloaded ackmapper from here

okay so i extracted the 2 files in the src folder

i edited the makefile and added ackmapper.c

Might be a good indication of where your problems are starting. I'm not saying this is the only problem, indeed that's probably far from the truth.

Still, look at what your errors are telling you.
