i downloaded the map as .gif file.
i installed irfanview (cuz i knew it's fast and free in some way), but registered no file association with it at all.
now all i do, just run irfanview, open map, disable status bar, tool bar, and enable always on tob, then resie window to fit small area in top-right corner of screen and enjoy it. right mouse button down to scroll image.
voila.
