would anyone know what hosting servvice would be the best for smaug1.6fuss with modifications the server i have now gives decomp errors mac packets and a lot of errors and i was wondering if anyone knows a good server for smaug. price isn't really a problem just give a small list of good hosts i think wolfpaw is a good one but dont know of others thanks in advance

Could you post those errors so they could perhaps be fixed?
Personally, I use Arthmoor.com. To answer your question, yes SmaugFUSS runs fine on Arthmoor. Some other hosts I know of is genesismuds.com, like you said Wolfpaw, but I don't know how FUSS runs on those, yet I would assume it would be fine.

| Gorock, I know what your hosting your talking about because I use the same one. I notice that whenever I open files too fast or paste a huge piece of text it gives you that MAC error. I've only noticed that this error occurs on this server. The admin also doesn't know what it is, or he claims that he doesn't, I am not sure, anyways, its a MAC error or something. I believe another user asked him about it and he said that its somebody snooping your connection, but it happens to everyone so another use must be abusing the server, anyways, this is what I know. |
