| Just a quick announcement that the MudBytes MUD Code Repository has opened. The primary focus of this site is to provide a free and open place for authors to release code and snippets as well as receive advice and opinions on their work.
The site is currently in its infancy and will exist in a forum-only form until the rest of the site development can be completed. Suggestions for improvement are welcome.

And as a quick note, my first ever released code can be found there. I will be releasing more and more over time. :)

I don't see MUSHclient on MudBytes. Unless you're talking about something he has on AFKMUD/etc?

As much as I hate to sound ignorant, what's "i18n UIs" mean?

I18n is a shorthand way of writing the rather lengthy word "Internationalization" - which is 18 letters between the I and the N.

And here I thought it was supposed to be a clever way of writing it pseudo-phonetically. As in: I-L-eightshun, which is what "internationalization" sounds like if you mumble through it. :) Your explanation makes far more sense, though.

ok, clearly another I'd have never guessed, but then if I was going to try to abbreviate localization down to it's barest minimum I'd probably go with something like lclzn, but even that seems oversimplified to me.. guess I'm showing my age. *shrug*
