Hi there. I'm not much of a computer person and only know some basic Java, but I was wondering if there were any plug-ins out there that would function to take any in-game channels (such as chat channels and newbie channels that exist in many MUDs), and either filter them out to display them in a separate window, or just very simply right justify them, or center them instead of displaying them normally.

If not, how easy would it be to write one, or would just basic scripting in MUSHClient be an easier solution to this?

Many thanks! For those interested, my main game of concern is Accursed Lands, though I play a few others (mostly RPIs).

It should be very simple. Make a trigger to match on the output, and then Send To Notepad.

I have just created a plugin to do just that for my friend Attikus on Aardwolf, and would be happy to share it, so just send me an e-mail at onoitsu2@yahoo.com with the subject something like plugin, plugins, mushclient, etc., something that relates, and I will send it to you.

Or if you have an IM client, I have onoitsu2 on AIM, onoitsu2 on YIM, onoitsu@hotmail.com on MSN, and 81488683 on ICQ

It is writen in LUA, and has options of toggling 9 different channels, and those same 9 different channels being omitted or shown in the main window, and also has a check if the SEND_TO_ME window is open, if not it will still send it to main, even if set to omit.

It is VERY customizable, as are all my plugins, and upon install shows a help file of commands.

Drop me a line, and I can drop you the Plugin :)

Laterzzz,
Onoitsu
