I've never seen one (I've only seen on for Smaug). How different is the format?

well With swr there are no dieties

you have
clan name
clan leader
clan first in command
clan second in command.
what i am looking for is a simple setup....
a roster that allows the leaders to see who all are in the clan... whether the members are logged in or not.

Have you tried the roster snippet? I don't think there would be many problems. The roster has its own format.
