1. Fixed bug in WindowAddHotspot where a mouse-move event was incorrectly generated for some miniwindows. Also fixed loop where if a mouse-move added a hotspot (which then caused a mouse-move event) the program would go into an infinite loop.

2. Removed progress dialog that appeared when loading plugins (added in version 4.76) because some users reported the dialog did not go away under certain circumstances.
