I'm having issues starting up rom24 on Cygwin. The Code itself compiles fine, however when I try startup & in the src directory I get this error:

[1] 6112
bash: startup: command not found

(you can view the cygwin output here: http://i39.tinypic.com/28a5p8j.jpg )

Connecting to localhost 4000 doesn't connect -- with localhost as the IP and as simply 'localhost'.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I'm running Windows Vista 32.

I think if you search this forum you will find a few hundred posts about that. However the simple way is to not use the startup script. Just go to the area directory like this:

cd ../area
../src/smaug

That should get it going.
