| It is not really possible in this version, I have added that as suggestion #461.
The best I can suggest as a work-around is to sequence all your existing triggers to be more than 100 (the default), so that when you add a new trigger, the default of 100 will be before them. However I understand that may be tedious, or unworkable. |
