Hi,

Sorry i will sound terribly thick but haven't so much as though about MUD's for ten years and I have been reading these forusm all day and I'm still none the wiser.

I want to try to map out my favourite mud, I tried this once back in 1996 using pen and paper and the very idea you could do it whilst running sounds amazing but im not sure what i am meant to do.

I play on Asylum mud (www.asylum-mud.org) - and i appreciate anythng that involves editing code is alien to me but is there a pre-made script that i can use that will work at all? I saw people talk that there are lots around but i dont know what to look for to check compatability.

Best of luck to you. I used to use that before I switched to MUSHclient. Everyone has their preferences, though.
