Hi

Im making a home made pinball project. I need to run 8x8 dot matrix displays ( 8 in a line )
I can currently run 6 displays in a line without issue, once i go to 8, The data gets corrupted, and stuffs up the scrolling text. I basically want to display a selected message , once a specific discrete input is triggered.

I have grabbed code off a couple of sites to make it work. Unfortunately, i have practically zero experience in C+.
I have seen Nicks example in the microprocessor forum, and have both the display boards he is running.
I tried to download the code and get it to work but this failed...
So any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Also i am Melbourne based. ( And a note to Nick , i grew up in Heidelberg ! )

regards
Grant
PS I have no idea if this is the right place to post this, admin please move if need be. thanks

The right place is the Arduino forum or Stack Exchange. :)

Template:Arduino Please post Arduino-related questions to the Arduino Forum or to StackExchange: Arduino. This saves splitting questions and answers between this forum and the Arduino ones.
