I am using the latest version of MUSHclient right now and trying to add a plugin.

http://pastebin.com/sCkfGXfZ

However, when I attempt to add it to MUSHclient, I get an error saying:

Error number: -2147221164
Event: loading scripting engine
Description: Error -2147221164 occurred when loading scripting engine:

Class not registered

Called by:

As well as - Line 63: Could not initialise script engine (Cannot load) - in the output of the client.

I was able to run the script in the past just fine, but I believe it quit working when some program got uninstalled from my computer. I'm not sure what to do right now to get it working again and any advice would be of great help, I've tried searching the forum for this as well as the error code to no avail. Let me know if there's any other information I can provide to help.
