What I am trying to do is very simple. I want to be able to type "wealth" take the 11 lines that come up and append them to a notepad using LUA. I've Googled and searched these forums for a few days now and can't find any straight forward information on how to catch a full line from the output buffer much like "getline" in C++. I even attempted to make a trigger but the problems I ran into there are only being able to match single words.

Can you point me in the right direction please?

Thank you in advance. I have been using Mushclient for years and appreciate your hard work. Please keep it up.

Thank you,
Zyn

Template:faq=37 Please read the MUSHclient FAQ - point 37.

If that doesn't help, please explain in what way.
