| | I've been using MUSHclient for years now, and whenever I open a new world it has always asked if I wanted to preload defaults from an existing world. I just got a new computer however, and since downloading the latest version of MUSHclient to it, it doesn't bring up that prompt. Unsure if there is a setting somewhere I can change, and if so where to find it. | | Top |

| See point 7 in the release notes for version 4.76 released in July 2011:
- Got rid of dialog “Preload world defaults from an existing world?” when creating a new world file. This was confusing, didn’t preload plugins, and had the potential to wipe out settings in the world you were preloading from.
If you want to “clone” a new world file based on an existing one, I suggest you just open the existing file and then do a “Save World As …” to make a new file under a different name.

| | huh, I guess I've just been using the same old version for years and never got that updated version. Thank you for the clarification. | | Top |
