Have we had any luck with a 64 bit install?

I'm also on Monterey, and I install a crossover build with homebrew (https://brew.sh) using
brew install --cask --no-quarantine gcenx/wine/wine-crossover
(https://github.com/Gcenx/homebrew-wine)

I find this to be the easiest way that gives me a basically seamless installation of wine without needing to worry about generating per-application bottles.
