I am trying to get my muschclient to respond to certian people

I.E. if a random person comes into the room , I want to bow to that person and use the social " greet then the persons nickname" any clues on how to do this?

Not an overly difficult trigger to design actually.

Use a "* enters from the *" trigger then have the response be "greet %1". Mind you, this could be obscenely spammy if you happen to be in an area with heavy mob traffic. The trigger will also need to be customized to match whatever enter messages are available on your mud.

Are you asking about MUSHclient or the Area Editor? You have posted in the Area Editor section.

In the area editor, you could use the all_greet_prog in a mob prog, there are quite a few examples of this in the newacad.are file.
