Well one of the "features" I liked was when you used a matching trigger it would highlight the whole line. Is there anyway that it can be set to that for trigger and or functions?

Any trigger can highlight the line, or the matching word.

To highlight the line use a normal trigger (not a regular expression), and set "Change colour and style to" to be the colour that you want.

Those colours can be edited in the "custom colour" screen.

To highlight one word make a "regular expression" trigger. To simply highlight one word (like "Nick") just make the trigger match that word (ie. match on "Nick").
