Is there a way to create windows that will catch tells and that sort of thing?

Yes, what you can do is, make a trigger. Match it on the tell:

* tells you '*'


Or something like that. Then have it send:

%1 told you %2

Then have it send to notepad.

And if you want different notepads for different things, youll have to do a bit of scripting. Or at least, use SendtoNotepad, of which you can find hundreds (literally) of examples in the forums. Just do a search.
