For some reason i cant CRTL + C to copy from the world anymore, i can still right click and do it, but i cant just do it CTRL c... any ideas?

You might have set an accelerator key to do something else? Or, probably you set this option: File -> Global Preferences -> All typing goes to command window.

With that set, as soon as you hit Ctrl+C it moves the focus from the output window to the command window, and thus you can't use Ctrl+C to copy.
