Hello, My name is Jeff Smith, I am Head of Public Relations for BlackBriar Studios.

BlackBriar is currently working on 2 games, one of them is to be a future mmo, playable via web, or our custom client. We are using the smaug code base as our base for this game. And I know that may seem strange, and you may wonder, "How can that work?" But we have a very thought out plan.

Right now we have our head coder, which is working very hard on the client, an art director, who is heading up the art for the game, and our head world builder.

The one thing we are lacking is someone who can manipulate some smaug code quickly, and effectively. Right now 2 of our coders could do it, but they are busy working on the client. We need someone that can be completely devoted to this main task.

Some examples of what we need coded:

An alliance system, a do_craft function, and some other ins and outs. Most of the stuff we need done can actually be explained in much more detail to anyone who is interested. This game has a really good possibility of being a VERY played game. We will also explain to you why that may be.

If you are interested, please email me at mojosmitty@ou.edu,
or our head coder at tarlyn72@hotmail.com.

And I would love to answer more questions about this on the forum as well. Hope to hear from you!
