| I can't figure out how to make this work. I have a sound picked out that I want to use, but I can't figure out how to make a specific word send me a beep. | Top |

| See this post about making triggers:
http://www.gammon.com.au/forum/?id=8086
To trigger on a single word, simply use a regular expression, and put the word to be matched as the match text. Here is an example:
<triggers>
<trigger
enabled="y"
match="attacked"
regexp="y"
sequence="100"
sound="C:\WINDOWS\Media\tada.wav"
>
</trigger>
</triggers>
See http://mushclient.com/pasting for how to paste that example into the client. |
