So basically the prompt is the problem.

So the first thing you can do is type:



If you are happy to not see prompts, just leave it like that. It worked for me because I had prompts turned off.

After all, you get most of that info from the various other windows.

Failing that, you can add a newline to your prompt, see "help prompt". By adding %c to your prompt it can end in a carriage-return (hopefully the same thing as a newline) and then the prompts will be on a separate line.
