I've been trying to come up with a way to automate the voting process at MudConnector. My intent is noble and pure, I assure you.

It's hard to remember to vote every day, so I'd like to create a script or a plugin that can automate this process. Ideally someone would be able to pass in their username/password and the mud they want to vote for. Then the script would automatically vote on a regular basis.

I'm not entirely sure how to go about this. I have been wondering if this is could be done via a plugin in MUSHclient or if I need to come up with a different idea, like a plugin for the browser.

Any assistance is appreciated!

I'm not sure if no one had a clue what direction to point me in or if this topic raised too many ethical concerns. In any case, I actually found a way to do this. Anyone interested in the same I recommend looking into vbscript and the Internet Explorer object model.
