Why would you want to play anything text based from an Android (or any other phone/tablet for that matter)? Even a Galaxy tablet is going to be simply terrible for trying to actually accomplish anything on a MU* beyond playing social butterfly. Scripting support is going to be functionally nonexistant beyond possibly Java (and I wouldn't try anything real fancy in Java either).

Actually, with a bluetooth keyboard the 12.2" models might not be a complete waste of development but after you allow for loss of screen to UI, you're looking at best something like a 10x7 area for your output window and no practical options for miniwindows or anything else remotely fancy.

No.
The MUSHclient code is not portable to systems other than Win32. You'll have to wait for Wine on Android to be usefully functional first.

As Fiendish says, the source is highly Windows-dependent, as it uses the MFC (Microsoft) libraries a great deal.

To "port" would be a rewrite, and for software that is free, there isn't enough motivation to do it.

In fact, if I was rewriting MUSHclient I would be more likely to target Linux. However since it already runs on Linux (using Wine) the motivation to do that isn't all that great either.
