Can't get input and output windows to read when arrowing up and down

Hi I am having trouble getting the input and output windows to read when I try to air up and down it just gives me silence nothing else I can't seem to figure out how to fix this any help would be appreciated thanks

What exactly do you mean by that it's the mush reader plug-in if that's what you mean I also use window eyes latest version with mush

I got it figured out apparently it was one of the plug-ins that was causing a problem thanks for your help though

What plugin was causing the problem? Please, when you find a solution to a problem, don't just leave the question hanging. Help the next person by posting your solution.
