It's just about a month more than 20 years ago when I first paid for a MUSHclient registration. Randomly back down the MUSH/MUD rabbithole again this week, and, was very impressed to find MUSHclient still around. A hat tip to Mr. Gammon in particular, and in general to anyone still hanging on to this stuff.

Thanks!

And the program has improved somewhat over those 20 years. Check out the visual mapper for example.

I noticed that! And as I recall back then we had only VBScript too...might be wrong there.

Originally there was no scripting at all. :)

Then we got the Windows Script Engine which supported VBscript and JScript. And other script engines could be added in with more-or-less success.

After a while I added a native (built-in that is) Lua interface.
