I believe any version including or after 3.21 will upgrade the old world file to the new xml version, but without totally being sure of that, here's somewhere to look:

ftp://ftp.gammon.com.au/mushclient/

It has all versions put out for a long time.

All recent versions will read earlier world files, you don't need to get a particular version.
