| Ok.. basically.. I can wizlist as much as I want BEFORE I 'makewizlist', but once i've entered 'makewizlist', wizlist returns with no display. The WIZLIST file is still in the directory, but it can't be opened or copied or deleted for the loverly old reason of "Cannot copy WIZLIST: Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.

| Sounds like it might still be open. Which version of SMAUG are you using? |

| I suspected as much. I'm using SWR 1.0 or 2.0 - can't remember. The make_wizlist in any SMAUG-based thing should be fairly similar though.. right? I can paste the relevant code if it'd help. | Top |

| If its SWR 1.0, I know that the stock function works just fine. What modifications have you made to it? That is probably where you want to look first. |

| No modifications whatsoever. The first thing I do if a function that i've modified begins to act up is restore from a backup. Could you paste the stock SWR makewizlist you have in here?
Oh.. stupid. I kinda forgot to mention that I'm using windows and cygwin.. | Top |
