Was just wondering if anyone has accomplished this or just knows if it's even possible?

I would assume that its possible. MC doesnt really 'need' anythig in the registry. You could always just have a reg file that you install (assuming you have permissions).

So, youll lose the things stored in the registry. And actually, that might cause problems if you try and change global preferences (as they get stored in the registry), but to run the program itself, yes, you can.

For that matter, you could run it on a flash card as well. Anything that functions like a drive (and doesnt need special programs to access).

The only problem you would run into is accessing the registry.

It can be done, I'm running it on my flash disk. All you have to do is have MUSHclient.exe and a world file on your flash disk. My computer doesn't save settings, so it always asks me to register it and pops up the first run screen etc, but it's no biggie. It should run perfectly.
