| Ok, I am running SWR 1.0 with the StarWarsSmaug.exe file you guys have in the FTP. I want to run FotE 2.1, but Cygwin has already given me a huge headache from hell. I changed the mud.h and makefile files just like it said in one of the posts I read, but I get nothing. I have gotten a VARIETY of error messages, but this is the current one:
FATAL: can't create o/11.o: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [o/11.o] Error 1
make: *** [all] Error 2
This is pissin me off really badly. I origionally tried to search for an EXE like you guys have for SWR 1.0, but to no avail. Any help would be nice, even if ya send me on a chase thru the forums. |

| Sweet, quick reply, now I get THIS one, I know I've seen it on the forums, but i got a headache, once more, lol. I made the o dir, and it went til i got this:
/usr/lib/gcc/i686-pc-cygwin/3.4.4/../../../../i686-pc-cygwin/bin/ld: cannot find -ldl
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [swr] Error 1
make: ***[all] Error 2
Is this the thing where I need to change the one thing from swr to swr.exe or am I just crazy?? lol. Again ,the help is MUCH MUCH MUCH appreciated! |
