I requested a copy of my registration code on the 25 Feb. I still have not heard anything from anyone. Could you please tell me how I can get my registration code???

Outstanding support requests have now been cleared, my apologies for any delay.

New registration codes are not issued by the support centre, they are available directly upon registration via the automated system. See:
