Hi Nick.
I still have my old registration number for mushclient. Is there any point hanging on to it - does it make any difference to the flash screen wait or anything else any more, compared to if I use an 'unregistered' mushclient version?

There is no particular reason to keep it. Especially as I released a "generic" registration code a while back, to be used if you ever needed to fire up an older version. See:

The splash screen goes for the same time, regardless of version. However you can immediately dismiss it by simply clicking the mouse, or pressing any key, including Shift, Ctrl, or Alt. So if it annoys you, just hit the Ctrl key (which won't type anything) and it will go away.
