(This should probably in the coding section, not the design section.)

Your best bet, IMO, is to post your questions on forums like this one or MudBytes and walk through the code as you learn. It is somewhat unlikely that somebody would be willing to privately tutor you, but I suppose it is possible. :-)

I agree with David. Posting your questions is probably your best bet. If you dig back far enough (years) you can find my first posts :)
