I have a dilemma and do not know how to use proxies. I assume these are used to get through hard bans and I am wondering how I would use the proxy thing to do this. The actual setting is under IP ADDRESS config and if anyone could give me steps or some information on how to do that, it would be great.

Well, first you'd need to find a site that has proxy lists, I use a socks5 site here at
http://www.xroxy.com/proxy-type-Socks5.htm
Try the different proxies, I'm sure at least 1 or 2 will work. I wouldn't use it for general game play though, since most proxies have a considerable lag.
Just look through the proxies and int he configuration under IP address on proxy type just say socks 5 enter ip/port and connect it should work.

Proxies are useful for many things, most of which are perfectly legit and don't involve getting around a ban. :-)
