Flashes the MUSHclient icon on the Windows taskbar

Description

This function flashes the MUSHclient icon on the Windows taskbar in the same way that MUSHclient does if you have checked the option "New activity flashes taskbar".

Available in MUSHclient version 4.41 onwards.
