Browser based MUD client with proxy?

Basically... I decided to stop playing MUDs, and uninstalled all three clients on my computer (was sort of a ragequit to be honest). However, I do want to pop back in and chat with a select group of people without certain staff members getting all "I TOLD YOU YOU'D BE BACK". Is there a page I can navigate to with a java or flash or whatever client that either allows for specific proxies or uses its own IP address to connect? I know there's one on MUDconnector or whatever it's called, but that IP was banned for whatever reason.

Thanks in advance!

I'd laugh evilly, but my client isn't done yet, so I'll settle for a quiet smile. :) There's no client I know of that does precisely what you want, unfortunately, and even a client that did do that would need to clear it with the MUD in question.

Also, popping in with a proxy is probably a bad idea for all sorts of reasons. My web client is going to have a method to get the user's IP to the MUD being connected to, so it can't be abused.

Go to a friend's house and just use straight telnet? That should get the job done.

Connect yourself normally and ignore the staff members? Or give the people alternate contact information or something...
