quest.c (vassago ) is there a fixed better version

basically thats it, need a version of quest.c thats not so buggy. I have an old one .. Im on rot1.4 as a base. any help?

a complete replacement is OK too.. i have a questmaster and thats working, just the quest code is buggy ..

Hmm I'm using one for Smaug, have you compared both and see if there are any fix ups in the Smaug snippet?
