We are becoming increasingly bombarded with email "spam" - to ridiculous extents these days.

However the problem is that by providing email support to clients and prospective clients it is necessary to - at least - skim emails to see if they are relevant.

Finally we are moving onto a new, web-based, support system.

To access this, see:

http://www.gammon.com.au/support/

Basically this provides a means of bypassing email altogether. You can post support requests there (eg. changed email address, lost registration code) and we can view them on a web page, rather than having to read thousands of emails, 99% of which are irrelevant.

The web-based support system allows you to post messages, and see if there is a response, without needing to use your email either (if you want).

However you can optionally supply an email address if you would prefer to be notified the moment we respond to your query.

If there is a problem with the support system, please post a message (either on the support system itself, or if that is impossible, by a message here, or as a last resort, by email).
