Is there a program for pennmush to do offline editing?

Area editor?
Builder editor?

I HATE buliding online



Also is there a up to date pennmush coding manual?

The Area Editor (available on this site) has an "export to PennMUSH" function.

Basically this lets you create an area and export it as MUSH code. However this is strictly a once-off affair. You need to get it right (which you can do over many sessions) but once the area is exported as MUSH code it needs to be changed in the usual way inside PennMUSH.
